The only solution to have more or less brightness is to boot back into ventura, set the brightess to desire, reboot on windows.. it's a mess. I dig the internet with no answer. it was already problematic with win10.
1 lip 2016 · I installed windows 10 through bootcamp. By now, all the drivers of bootcamp is up to date. everything works well in EI Capitan, while in Win10, I can not adjust screen brightness, but the keyboard backlight adjustion works. It's too bright for me to work for a long time.
18 lip 2021 · I can't type anything, so I'm stuck on the login page. But the touchpad, brightness control key (I'm using MacBook air, the brightness control key is F1 and F2), and the volume control (F10, F11, F12) are still working. But others key isn't working as well.

16 lip 2016 · Running Windows 10 on a 2015 MacBook Pro with the AMD Radeon R9 M370X chipset. The brightness keys worked fine when I first set it up, but at some point I updated the driver software, and the function keys stopped working.
