Basically, if you tap/click on the bottom right of the touchpad, it will cause a right-click to occur. Also check Mouse Keys: System Preferences > Accessibility > select "Mouse & Trackpad" from right side > is :"Enable Mouse Keys" checked? If so, uncheck it.
