21 sie 2020 · I closed my laptop to attend to a 30 minute interview. When I went to use it again the trackpad feels depressed and won't click. I've tried gently tapping around the area, and on the back of the laptop to see if it would become unstuck but didn't work.
10 sie 2022 · I’ve been having problems with my Mac for a while, but recently I tried to restart my MacBook and it ended up just giving me a black screen with only the cursor on it. The keyboard still lights up sometimes, but it won’t let me manually shut it down, even when charging. Any suggestions for fixing it?
21 sty 2021 · Unfortunately I'm experiencing some weird trackpad behavior after updating to Big Sur 11.2. The problem occurs almost always after pressing, hold-pressing the trackpad or using Force Touch. The cursor freezes for a couple of seconds, teleports around, ghost presses or the whole computer freezes for some time.
Since the MacBook Air has a mouse and keyboard connected, something went really wrong with the hardware. You could reset the NVRAM and SMC, but it likely needs hardware diagnostics. You might be lucky if you can connect a USB mouse and see if at least the cursor works.
