We liked the HelloBello diapers, they’re very soft but they are on the narrow side so we had to size up. Our tried and true are the Kirkland brand diapers which are made by the same factory as the Huggies and are essentially the same diaper at a cheaper price.
Huggies: too “low rise” for my tall and skinny baby. Pampers Pure: good fit but do feel stiff and papery. Dyper: didn’t seem to draw the moisture away from the skin… when wet the diaper just felt welt and didn’t lock away the moisture.
In my opinion Coterie are the absolute WORSE diapers. Since we started using a few weeks ago, my daughter has AT LEAST 1 blowout a day. She had gotten severe diaper rash. We narrowed it down between Dyper and Coterie. Coterie is now a few dollars cheaper for a month’s supply $85 vs $89 I believe) so I think that’s what we’re going to stick with. Plus, their wipes are super luxe. We enjoyed both, they’re both very absorbent.
Our favorite is Huggies! We used pampers in the hospital and for Nb size but didn’t like them after that. We’ve also tried Luvs which I do not recommend. I would try out a few and see what works best for your kid, some brands work better for different body types.
I only registered for Pampers and absolutely hated them and ended up giving three giant boxes to a friend, but as you can see people love them! I like huggies the best but HATE Kirkland (which are supposedly the same). Honest gave my baby really bad diaper rash.
I had NB size Pampers Swaddlers and Huggies Little Snugglers from the hospital. Both fit my boy really awkwardly. The best NB size diaper I found was actually the generic Walgreens diaper (Well Beginnings brand). I didn't like the wetness indicator on them as well as on the Pampers but the diaper fit so much better.
