16 wrz 2017 · I contacted Customer Support (there is no telephone number to reach them) via a link. The customer Support agent could not have any information as to what happened. They had no idea the books were delivered to a wrong address, either.
I suggest you Google the complaints against IS at the BBB and see it for yourself. Last time I looked there were 40+ major complaints, I mean really serious stuff. Whatever shortcomings Lulu or Amazon have they pale in comparison to IS.
