Classes are held at 2323 Lexington Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211, and clinical sites in Columbus area. Hours of class are 8 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except clinical days which begin at 7 am. The LPN to ADN program is a competitive, selective program. There are enrollment requirements in addition to the COTC admission application.
