24 mar 2020 · You may file a new application for Ohio unemployment benefits, or restart an existing claim, by calling 1-877-OHIO-JOB (1-our office) between 8 A.M and 5 P.M. Monday-through Friday. You can also file online, which is available 24/7, at https://unemployment.ohio.gov/
You must work 1250 hours in the rolling 12 months prior to the first day of your LOA; and you must be a Lowe’s employee for 12 months prior to the first day of your leave. Note: We’ll review any prior leave or FMLA usage of FMLA for eligibility and entitlement.
