I saw a low rpm turn on kit for a Delco 10SI alternator on e-bay (item 3875794475) that looks like it's designed to make the alternator kick in and gnenerate electricity at low rpms. I've also seen the regular Delco 10SIs one wire alternators listed on e-bay.

30 paź 2016 · You will need to mechanically increase the speed or electrically increase the voltage to charge a 12 volt battery. Power output will be another problem. At 100 RPM, the power output will be reduced proportionally because the current can not safely be any higher than it was for 220 volt operation.
