3 paź 2023 · Nurse Portal. We are aware of an issue with the Nurse Portal and applications being completed after a successful payment. We are investigating the issue and will post a message once the issue is resolved. As a result, we are disabling the Nurse Portal.
All applications for licensure or permits are located online and must be submitted through the Louisiana Nurse Portal: lsbn.boardsofnursing.org. New users must create an account. Most of the required documents are to be uploaded with the application.
License Renewal. All renewal of licenses for LPNs will be completed through your Nurse Portal account. After your Nurse Portal account has been created, you will be able to access/login to it through the LSBPNE website.
