She and her third husband John Drew were the parents of Louisa Drew (1852–1888), John Drew, Jr. and Georgie Drew (Barrymore). She had no children from her first two marriages.

Louisa Lane Drew was born on January 10, 1820 in London, England. Her parents were actors, and she was carried on the stage at the age of twelve months. Her widowed mother ( later Mrs. Kinloch) brought her to America in 1827, and she appeared at the Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, as the Duke of York to the elder Booth’s Richard III. Career.
