10 sie 2023 · In the "Something Else" option you get a link to the official Discord where players and officials frequent to ask for advice or a little lower on that page there is "Contact Us" and a "Web Ticket" button below that.

How to reach support in this game? I tried live support for two days and wrote Web Ticket. Any help would be nice. You have to tag a CM on the forums and make enough of a fuss for them to do something. Live support, I had a problem twice and got to them almost instantly and resolved problems within 5 minutes. Is this troll thread?
