25 gru 2018 · Steam says my gift card code is invalid despite the fact that every time I've typed it in, it's been correct. Dashes, letters, numbers, everything. I've even had to wait an hour due to it locking me out, and I fear it's about to do it again. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have a fix? < >

At the store I work at, steam gift cards have the code to scratch on the back. If the OP has a receipt tho, the store (or at worse VALVE) should be able to retrieve the code since the gift card is now valid
Same issue. Invalid code. One card worked, it was a 'Gift Card Store' Steam powered one in the top left. The one not working is 'powered by Fast Card' Also Canadian. I wonder if it is a regional issue, or unique to some cards. The card was purchased at walmart.

1 lip 2019 · There doesn’t seem to be a option to redeem the card. turn your phone sideways, the button doesn't fit vertically. 2023 and this post is still helpful lol. Couldn't work out why I was unable to accept a gift card in the mobile app. This post just helped me out - was also unsure how to accept the gift and the old turning the phone worked! Thank you.
