Download and sign in to the Xfinity app from Google Play or the Apple Store. Go to the WiFi tab. Select WiFi hotspots. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the secure auto-connect profile for Xfinity WiFi hotspots.
With a laptop, phone, or tablet that’s connected to your network, open a web browser and go to the Admin Tool at http://10.0.0.1. If you’ve already changed your Admin Tool ID and password, log in with your information. Then go to the steps to change your network name and password.
Choose xfinitywifi from the list of available networks, then select Connect. Launch the device's web browser, which will open to the Xfinity WiFi login page. Enter your Xfinity ID and password and click Sign In. After successfully entering your login credentials, you’ll be directed to the xfinity.com home page.
