BREAKING: IBEW 1245 members at PG&E have overwhelmingly approved a two-year contract extension, with a 3% general wage increase in each year of the extension (2020 and 2021), and no other changes the basic agreements.
The Tentative Agreement includes notable increases to wages and total compensation for the Journeyman classifications (intended to bring parity for Journeyman classifications across the state), with a total compensation package of 25.87% over five years, an average of 5.17% a year.
