19 maj 2017 · By most standards the LM4562 is a superior op-amp to the NE5532. I'm still (perhaps irrationally) fond of the OPA604, maybe because some equipment I really like used it. That's a FET input op-amp though.

30 sty 2004 · Looking to buy some opamps for rolling then stumbled on a thread with people saying that the three are the same thing. Some vendors market them as the same as well. LM4562 and LME49720 are the exact same part... just different model stamped (stated by an ex-employee)

8 gru 2018 · The LM4562 is a completely unsuitable replacement for a J-FET op-amp. It's a BJT input op-amp with a high bias current of 72nA, compared to, 65pA typical, 20nA worst case, for a J-FET op-amp such the old TL072 and a 55MHz of GBWP could be far too fast for a circuit and layout designed for one with a GBWP of 3MHz.
