Caspers Wilderness Park has 2 campgrounds (Live Oak and Ortega Flats) and a nice large campground for horses (with about 30 sites). Live Oak campground has 42 campsites set among a grove of oak trees. Ortega Flats campground has 13 campsites, some with shade. Group camping is also available.
24 kwi 2022 · The main camping site, Live Oak Grove Campground has 42 campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Nearby is Ortega Flats Campground with an additional 13 campsites that include electric hook-ups. The park also features its popular Starr Mesa Equestrian Campground.
25 sty 2016 · We booked spot 10 in the Live Oak Campground. There are no electricity hook ups, but there are plenty of water spigots. Some are even inside the individual sites.
Camping World Stadium is the current home venue of the Citrus Bowl and the Pop-Tarts Bowl. It is also the regular host of other college football games including the Florida Classic between Florida A&M and Bethune-Cookman, the MEAC/SWAC Challenge, and the Camping World Kickoff.
Live Oak Grove Campground is located in Caspers Wilderness Park. It's the largest campground in the park with 42 camp spots. It's the only campground in the park with restroom and showers.
