FIXED. Go to https://tv.youtube.com/settings/area on another device and update your area settings. It hung the first time and I updated again. I opened the app on the TV and the channels and ability to navigate are back.

I am watching yttv using the app on an LG TV. When I bring up the live channel guide, the clock displays the wrong time, and the guide shows programming from that time. For instance, right now it is 8:23pm and my guide shows 5:36.
Using an Apple TV 4K and i am unable to scroll down past the first channel on the live guide. I can scroll down on the home and library page. I have tried to restart Apple TV as well and uninstall app. Any suggestions?
