4 wrz 2024 · I'm sharing with you these tutorials I'm doing on Lightworks, I'm using the Pro 2023.2 version. This initial batch focuses on the Multicam workflow and sending to Protools and Resolve. They are in Spanish, but you can activate the automatic subtitles.
But while it has an advanced text editor, Lightworks can lack fast and efficient features for creating subtitles. Luckily, we've found some solutions that can help you streamline your subtitling workflow.
This is for hard-coded subs though, i.e. they're part of the image. If you want properly coded subs that you can enable, disable, and edit independently of the video, use a subtitle editor. There are many, my favourite is Aegisub, but even Notepad works.

5 lip 2022 · Subtitling will usually mean having to listen and time when the text should appear so there's no way around it. I however would add the Title effect on all of the video then cut it up into sections when there is talking that way it's quicker to put the subtitles in.
