22 wrz 2021 · I lost my remote control to my soundbar system HW-K960/XE and it lost connection with subwoofer (PS-KW1-2). My TV is QE55Q7FNA. TV remote controller i have. Soundbar often says check surround speaker and today i push ID-SET button on subwoofer.
Hold down power button for 10 seconds to force-reset the sound bar. It's a pain but I've found it's the only way to get the remote to work again. Unfortunately, the sound bar will need to be re-setup for wireless networking and any other remotes programmed for volume, mute, power, etc.
