If you are looking for an unethical, incompetent, rude, airline with terrible planes and food that may try to scam you, Level is the one for you. In all seriousness, I've obviously experienced some problems as a regular traveler.
29 sty 2018 · Very unprofessional service and rude almost aggressive personnel. Food is not included in the ticket price, even on a 12 hour flight. Toilets were dirty. 30 sty 2019 · After several complaints, either by e-mail or by telephone (an international call), after going to the bank to complain about the mockery that had been made to us, nothing happened, the answer was just a "would not return the money because it it was a double booking.
9 sie 2024 · *****buyer beware***** this airline or third party booking site or whatever they are is a scam. Customer service is almost never available to assist and when you can get someone they offer no assistance.
The entire experience with LEVEL Airline was nothing short of a nightmare. Their disregard for punctuality, poor customer service, and overall lack of attention to detail make them a prime example of what an airline should not be.
27 lis 2023 · Other reviews wouldn't touch LEVEL with the proverbial 10 foot pole. On one forum in particular, the reviews were so hilariously bad, they almost HAD to be fake. Does anyone have very recent, real world experience flying Premium Economy on LEVEL?
