7 gru 2020 · iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 pro lens flare thread. Dec 7, 2020. There is already plenty of discussion on lens flare issues on previous iphones. Unfortunately it is no better, and possibly worse on all iphone 12 models. Apple will not acknowledge this design flaw if we don't speak up. Maybe they won't ever.
7 gru 2020 · It is unacceptable that a phone in this price class has such subpar flare control on otherwise excellent lenses. Let's discuss ways to minimise the issue, if at all possible. Post your worst lens flare shots here and maybe this serious hardware defect will get the attention it deserves. Photos taken with iPhone 12 mini.

A number of news articles cover this but the most recent one I’ve come across is this one which also mentions that “ [the] iOS 15 Beta latest beta seems to automatically remove lens flare from photos in certain Conditions.” Reply reply. REHTONA_YRT. •.
I know this has been asked about a lot, but those green dots/lens flare things are really getting to me. I don’t remember seeing them on my galaxy S8, and I don’t see them on any sample photos or anything like that. Legitimately wondering if this is a defect or not. Thanks.
iPhone 12 Pro lens flare issues. So this is the first iphone in our family, bought it as a present to my wife and the biggest issue are these random spot flares which are easily seen during evening/night time shooting with street lights nearby.
