I just got a leaf bladed sword. It has a lower strength bonus than d long but is 1 tick faster. Can some of you who are better with dps calculations tell me if the lead blades sword is a better choice for TOA than d long?
When I finished my task i decided to to some calculations with Bitterkoekje's DPS calc, and from what it seems the sword is actually superior with pretty much all set ups, max str, proselyte, piety/no piety. Is this really the case? Has anyone else done any similar calculations with another formula?

Leaf-Bladed Swords are dropped from Turoths and Kurasks, which require level 55 and level 70 Slayer to kill respectively. It’s also dropped by superior creatures of each, being the King Kurask and Spiked Turoth.

Leaf-bladed sword was a good stab weapon if you didn't have korasi's, zamorakian spear, or chaotic rapier, which all have higher requirements, and in korasi's/chaotics case, were released later. The leaf-bladed spear was bad on day 1, but it was your only melee option until the sword's release in 2008.
