To add the registry string, select LaserGRBL in PlayOnLinux, and on the left panel click "Configure". In the window that opens, click the Wine tab and then the icon for Registry Editor. Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wine\Ports, and add a string named COM10.
