Meteor showers will have a peak that might favor one part of Earth over others (because it's dark for them during the peak), but your local darkness (and clear skies) is the biggest factor for you. So regardless of where you are, early in the morning on the 23rd is likely to be your best shot to see some, but feel free to try on surrounding nights.
I think Rocketlab is a good place to be. They’ve acquired many great aerospace companies and are now directly involved in, and often one of the few providers of space rated solar panels and reaction wheels. So on top of being a great small sat LSP, they are also building components for a huge chunk of satellites going up.
