22 sie 2018 · — A monthand a-half after Lapeer County’s venerable Lapeer International Dragway reopened with a new owner, the new owner says his biggest challenge has been social media. Bill Jennings reopened the 50-year-old race track July 4 after spending $260,000 to repave the quarter-mile track with concrete.
