Check out one of my often updated Fishing Reports for Minocqua and Minocqua area lakes that I fish. I very much enjoy fishing with children or first time fisherpersons! I will generally target the "hottest" bites at any given time of the year.
25 sie 2013 · Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin Fishing Guide Conditions and Reports. The Town of Lac du Flambeau is located in the southwest corner of Vilas County. The name "Lac du Flambeau" means lake of the torches, which came from the French who came to the area and saw the Ojibwe Indians spearing fish by torchlight at night.
Flambeau Lake is a 1166 acre lake located in Vilas County. It has a maximum depth of 78 feet with very clear water. Fish include muskie, panfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike and walleye.

1 paź 2019 · Many big fish are caught when there is snow on the ground, just before the lakes freeze solid. Public access is available from the waters of the rest of the chain, or you can launch at a fee landing at the campground and marina off Highway 47, in the town of Lac du Flambeau.
