17 gru 2021 · The Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) creatively coordinates the care of each participant enrolled in the program based on his or her individual needs with the goal of enabling older individuals to remain living in their community.
These services range from sponsoring charities and local Area Agencies on Aging that provide assistance to older citizens, pointing seniors in the direction of useful resources and in some cases directly administering programs that cater for the needs of elderly residents.
Authorized by the Older Americans Act, the program provides subsidized, service-based training for low-income (not more than 125% of the established federal poverty guidelines) persons at least 55 years of age who are unemployed and have poor employment prospects.
