Has anyone here used Kyte to rent a car before? It seems like a new service in Toronto, from SF. I'm tempted to try it for a weekend I'm going away, but don't want to be forced to rent another rental on the day of departure if anything were to go wrong....

Kyte Car Rental Experience: Avoid at All Costs! Do not use this app or service. I’d rate them up there with Getaround as far as horrible customer service goes. TLDR: Our car was delivered two hours late. They are planning on charging us full price but offered “credit.” So we need to pay this joke of a service again to get our “credit”?
Kyte was super easy and cheap. We used Uber to and from the hotel then had Kyte drop off an one hotel the pick up at another 20 miles away. With referral code I paid $135 for 5 days in Miami.
