On the pro side, I've had spectacular deals around black Friday on both plans and phones. I just jumped and I think it's good so far. The only con is reaching customer service and no 5G (might be a con for some). But to me there's no speed difference between 5G and LTE 4G.
I had 8Gb of data and told the agent that I only use 0.8 Gb on a monthly basis and was a senior. I advised him that I checked other service providers and that there are many plans out there for 20Gb for $29 to $36 and that I have been a Telus user for many years.
