It is a Concorde Vectra, taiwanese built unfortunately. It is very hard to get information on this bike (nothing in the catalogs). It has a full shimano exage sport LX groupset so really nice components. I got it with original seat and tires marked Ultech. It's a Taiwanese frame but with a decent group set like that it cant be that bad.

Once Koga had become an importer of Shimano components, a network developed including other Japanese cycle manufacturers. Among them was Miyata, a company which at this time had already been producing cycle frames for 80 years which led to the creation of Koga Miyata bicycles.
