Scammers go into these videos and post these comment chains to make it look like a regular conversation, but are actually trying to bait people into calling a number to scam them. Sometimes, these scammers are even impersonating financial YouTubers to sell their scams.
If you pay attention to some of his videos, he never actually shows how he "destroys" the scammers, he just calls them up after they likely blocked his number saying he "shut down their network".
