Kingdom: New Lands is a "sequel" to Kingdom that was developed by Noio and published by Raw Fury. The game was released for the PC Platform "Steam" on August 9th, 2016, and the original game was renamed from Kingdom to Kingdom: Classic.
There are six islands in total, and only the first one is available upon starting a new campaign. At this stage, all other islands on the map are covered by clouds. The Kingdom has to repair the boat and set sail for new lands.
The Kingdom games are notable for their minimalist gameplay that has a handful of controls. Starting a new game the Monarch will be guided by a sparkling trail in Kingdom: Classic and by the Ghost in New Lands and Two Crowns through a simple tutorial in which the basic controls will be taught.
