EDIT 2: downloaded the patch, it's the same code from the PCSX2 archive with Michael P's NTSC-U 60fps toggle cheat added on; I'm not sure whether or not cheats can be used interchangeably between the original and final mix version of the game.
The patch translates Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix into English, mostly using the English localization of the original version.
