The Church History Library in Salt Lake City, Utah, is the primary archive of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Located on the northeast corner of North Temple and Main Street, it is a state-of-the-art facility designed to collect and preserve materials about the Church, its history, and its members.
The Church History Library is open to the public. Materials from the library’s collection are accessible in the library’s reading room on an appointment basis during the following hours: Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday: Closed

Exhibits include films, interactive media, fine art, historical artifacts, demonstrations, and activities for children of all ages. The museum is in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, across from the west gates of Temple Square. Admission is free.
