In 2012 the iconic boat the African Queen was restored for her 100 year centennial celebration. In May 2012 she once again began plying the waters of Key Largo and currently offers canal and dinner cruises. We go out daily at 10am, 12am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm.
5 lip 2024 · The African Queen boat, the actual steamboat used in the 1951 movie of the same name, attracted Humphrey Bogart fans in Key Largo, even when it looked forgotten, sadly tied up next to the Holiday Inn with only a small sign. Today, the boat has been beautifully restored and is taking visitors on Key Largo cruises.

22 lip 2019 · Recently, I watched the famous 1951 movie with Katharine Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart that depicts missionaries in East Africa who must evade Germans and survive rapids, so I was excited to get to tour the boat used in “The African Queen!”
