Purchased two weeks ago at Acoustic Music works here in Pittsburgh PA A Kentucky KM-250S. I believe this is last years model as it has the darker brown finish.If you go to Saga's site they dropped the S and just call it the 250 and it only comes in the sunburst finish.

Up for sale is a wonderful sounding and easy playing Kentucky Mandolin KM-250S. The S means all solid woods; the top is solid spruce and the neck, sides and back are solid maple. No plywood! The color of this mandolin is absolutely beautiful.
The main differences will be that the KM-250 Mandolin uses slightly higher grades of woods, upgraded tuners and has a radiused fingerboard. Whether or not the flat fingerboard on the KM-150 is a disadvantaged, is really more of a personal call.
