Kapolei (Hawaiian pronunciation: [kəpoˈlej]) is a planned community in the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, United States, on the island of Oʻahu. It is colloquially known as the "second city" of Oʻahu, [4] in relation to Honolulu.
