Has anyone had experience with f&f on Kanetsune knives? How is the grind and heat treat? All good. Excellent heat treatment, no F&F-related complaints at all. However, Kanetsune is a big maker, and has high-end, low-end, and mid-range knives, traditional Japanese, Western, and hybrid.
Knife pictured here is the Kanetsune KC-702 210mm gyuto. It's made from nks32 carbon steel, and everyone I've seen with these says it's reactive as hell.

20 sie 2009 · I just ran into interesting knives made by Kanetsune. Seems pretty nice, but price is high too. Does anyone has any experience of Kanetsune knives? They seem to be very traditional japanese knife makers with long traditions in steels. I've been drooling the Kanetsune Sakura. Locally costs 175 / $260.
