My family and I stayed a few weeks ago at the Gulf Crest and rented from Jon Caldwell. We stayed in two of his 22nd floor units. Apparently he rents out a lot of Gulf Crest units. We had waited until the last minute to book and all he had was these units available.

Re: Emerald Coast Destinations - Jake Caldwell. 13 years ago. We booked a Gulf Crest condo from John Caldwell about a year and a half ago. The price was very good. The condo was in ok condition, not the best or worst. All in all, it was a good experience and I would rent from him again.
