This thread will detail how to fully disassemble and rebuild a 2007 to early 2009 Delphi (rusty) steering box. The rebuild was done using the kit available from West Texas Offroad (<-- Link).
30 gru 2018 · I couldn’t find any descriptions online for how to replace the steering box. I had the simplistic instructions from my Chilton manual and a video from PSC for the Big Bore XD install. I decided to go cheap and picked up a reman box from O’Reillys.

26 lip 2010 · Take your Jeep out for a test ride and determine if you need to make any other adjustments. It may take a few times to get it right but at least it is easy to do. If you just installed a 2"-3" lift, that should be about all you need to do.
