4 wrz 2020 · We have a 2019 Redhawk 31XL, Got it new in spring 2018. Poor quality issues were constant for the first two years. All issues were just plan poor building at the factory. I went back to the dealer for the first year and a half. When the shower leaked, the hot water tank leaked, the rear window leaked we had enough.
I purchased a Jayco last year and dealing with them was one of the worst transactional experiences ever. We had to slaughter them on FB to get a call back and action taken. It took 6 months of heavy duty harassment + driving the jayco 1,000 miles to get the issues repaired. The details don’t matter.
