Awful customer support. Jawbone have gone down in my estimations. I had excellent customer service a year or so ago. This time around when I have an issue with my up2 they say they can't replace without proof of purchase.
21 mar 2017 · I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and still no response. I just searched and called their customer service number which is not even in service. This really sucks because my band is only 4 months old and its still covered by warranty.
