19 lip 2019 · In researching the Janus motorcycles I've found several blog reports and youtube videos about them, but surprisingly little of real owner's real world experiences. There's at least 315 Halcyons out there, and not sure how many Phoenixs and Gryffins.
I have no personal experience with the brand, but if I was looking for a second or third motorcycle for short trips and posted speed limits not over 50 mph, it might be on the list. MSRP is a bit high at $6995 compared to other 250s. Some intangibles figure into that. Are they worth it to you?
9 mar 2021 · Somebody on reddit/r/motorcycles has already ordered a 450. If Janus even had close to the overhead and engineering support to design and manufacture their own engine, these bikes would be as expensive as a Motus. And we all know what happened to Motus anyway.
17 lut 2020 · The Janus Motorcycles lineup is small thus far with only three models, Phoenix, Gryffin, and Halcyon. The Halcyon looks ripped straight out of the pages of history with a hardtail style rear end, classic lines, and sprung seat.
