I picked this up on a whim at a used bookstore given the mysterious cover and the adventure promised therein; and I was richly rewarded. This novel transports you to another world, yet somewhere far more accessible than a far flung galaxy. Highly recommended for those bored in suburbia.

His best-known works are science fiction and thrillers, including The Body Snatchers and Time and Again. The former was the basis for the 1956 film Invasion of the Body Snatchers and its remakes.
