The Italy Independent School District (AA) is located south of Waxahachie and north of Hillsboro in scenic Ellis County. More than 650 students attend either Stafford Elementary (PK-6) or Italy High School (7-12). The 66 square mile district is growing in student population.

Registration for the new 2023-2024 school year for Italy ISD all grades opens up first thing tomorrow morning. All registration will be conducted online in the Ascender Parent Portal just like last year.
