Italian restaurants have been a big part of our family for the past 25 years and we are so excited to open our newest restaurant, Perche' No Italian Bistro, here in Downtown Tucson! My name is Chef Bruno Girardi. I came to America in 1995 from Pavia, a small town just outside of Milan, Italy.
