23 kwi 2013 · Vespiquen can be great fun in the main game but plays a different role in competitive, after all. Basically a staller with dubious typing and a 4x weakness to the eternal stealth rock is something I wouldn't ordinarily touch with a 20ft pole in an online match.
25 lip 2010 · Attack Order is Vespiquen's best physical STAB move, which also has a high critical hit chance and a good BP of 90. Revenge is the only other physical move out there, and is good for Vespiquen because it's slow as heck.
18 gru 2013 · Vespiquen is a great defensive Pokemon. It's got high defense stats, it's got it's signature moves Heal Order and Defend Order, as well as the very useful Attack Order. It's Attack stats are very low, however.
It’s because Bug/Flying is such a bad defensive typing that undermines Vespiquen’s otherwise good bulk. If you want a bulky Bug Pokémon, you’re better off with Scizor or Buzzwole.
I personally think Vespiquen is one of the best designed Pokémon overall. In fact it's my favorite bug type Pokémon beating out Scyther, Orbettle, Frosmoth, Volcarona and Heracross by a sizable margin with Mega Beedrill taking 2nd place. Plus it's cry is one of the most intimidating things ever.
Got a lucky combee in trade and haven't seen anything hating or praising vespiquen. Is it any good in raids or pvp as of right now? If so, which moveset to use?
