Duet worked really well for me for a year or two, but was less useful after I got a larger monitor (I have the base iPad so it’s small, low resolution). Last time I tried it, it no longer worked, and I don’t even have it installed on my current laptop.
8 lut 2024 · Whether Duet Display is worth is really comes down to the individual and your expectation. If the alternatives I've mentioned below can suit your needs, go with those options instead because they are more affordable.
Duet works fine for me, but you should be aware the external "screen" it provides isn't super fast in terms of refresh rate. I use it for keeping Discord of Slack open and it works very nicely for that task.
