After some more research I discovered cointracker.io should have been able to better link up the transfers between wallets automatically after importing all your exchange accounts and personal wallets, and sure enough, it did!

CoinTracker is not an exchange or a wallet. It is used to monitor/track wallet transactions for the sake of taxes. You don’t ‘send’ bitcoin to them. Figure out if you own the wallet being tracked, or if you are getting scammed. The hashing fee thing sounds like scam scam scam to me
Scammers are very good at using CoinTracker to deceive people and make it appear like CoinTracker holds actual funds, even though this is not possible. Many scammers do this by adding “manual transactions” into your account (you may see a “Manual” tag on the transaction in CoinTracker).
