Specialities (also known as Fighting Styles and Specs) are non-stand abilities where you pay a certain amount of money to an NPC to unlock it. The NPCs are scattered around the map so it might take a bit of time to find them.
Super Armor means that a move can't be cancelled by damage or stun. There are many moves with Super Armor within YBA, the biggest examples are: Stand Barrage Finisher, Dimension Scythe, Scary Monsters Bite, Platinum Slam, Ora Kicks, and many more.
Boxing and Hamon used to be the the only two Fighting Styles that have their own barrage. After the boxing rework, Hamon and Vampirism became the one able to do so. Its ability to decrease damage taken allows for Boxing users to become damage tanks.

Well, it depends. TWOH doesn't get the passive buff from Hamon anymore, and Pluck and Vamp aren't really good for TWOH. Even though the stun for Spin was nerfed, Spin And Boxing is still a good spec for TWOH due to combo potential and flexibility. Specless is also pretty good too.
